Our Contractor Access Service provides landlords and letting agents with a convenient and reliable way to facilitate property access for maintenance, repairs, inspections, and improvement works. Whether you're unable to attend in person or simply need an extra pair of hands, we'll ensure contractors can gain access quickly, securely, and with minimal disruption. The service includes: • Secure property access for contractors and tradespeople • Key collection and return where required • Attendance at the property to provide access and secure it afterwards • Photographic confirmation of contractor attendance or completed works (upon request) • Confirmation that the property has been locked and secured upon departure Please note: Appointment dates and times must be arranged and confirmed directly with the contractor and any existing tenants prior to booking.
