Service Description

Our professional tenant check-in service provides a smooth and secure handover experience for landlords, agents and tenants. We attend the property, welcome the tenant, complete an ID verification check, provide key handover, capture detailed photographs of the property condition, record meter readings where required, and arrange the signing of all necessary documents. A brief report with supporting photographs is provided after the appointment, giving clients confidence that the move-in process has been completed correctly.
