Whether you're unavailable or simply need additional support, we'll represent your property professionally, ensuring viewers receive a warm welcome, key features are highlighted, and questions are answered wherever possible. The service includes: • Meeting prospective tenants / buyers at the property • Conducting the viewing on your behalf • Highlighting the property's key features and benefits • Answering general questions where possible • Providing a professional and positive viewing experience • Providing you with feedback following the visit You are booking a 30 minute slot for unlimited viewing parties, though we advise 15 minute intervals minimum. Please note: Viewing appointments must be arranged and confirmed directly with prospective tenants / buyers, and any current occupants, by you.
